Personal Coaching – Building Package

The personal confidence-building package is a program that is tailored to your needs. It is a much more personal way of working where we work together on achieving your goals by undergoing a mixture of speech deliveries, 1-1 coaching sessions, technical training and social freedom sessions.

These sessions are then followed up by you preparing and delivering a speech (topic and style of which we both decide depending on your goals) in front of a new audience (approximately 20-35 people). If need be talks in front of larger audiences can be arranged as well.

There are currently 2 packages available:

1) Regular program

In our first session we will establish what you want to achieve, together we will agree on a practical action plan to focus on the areas that you need most work in. We will be discussing your progress and constantly stretching your comfort zone by getting you to practice different elements according to what is best for your growth and development. We will cater a training schedule for you involving a set of different training techniques: speeches, social freedom, coaching sessions, technical training if needed.

5 sessions/month.
Minimum of 4 months commitment, with the option to keep working additionally on a monthly basis.

2) Intense program

In our first session we will establish what you want to achieve, together we will agree on an action plan to focus on the areas that you need most work in. Weekly we will be discussing your progress and constantly finding news ways to stretch your comfort zone by getting you to practice different elements according to what is best for your growth and development. You will then get to put it into practice through a series of practical exercises under my guidance.

As part of this we will be doing social freedom exercises, where we will meet to get you to do some exercises on the streets, whether it be giving talks on the streets, acting silly, dancing around or whatever we decide is best for you. The purpose of this is to reduce the fear of judgment, get comfortable with looking like an idiot for the goal of eventually not caring about what people think of you.

This package includes 6 sessions/month.
Minimum of 2 months commitment, with the option to keep working additionally on a monthly basis.

Social Freedom

As the title suggests, social freedom is about reaching a place where you can feel free in social settings. A lot of the time we care too much about what people think about us or we get too caught up in trying to constantly please others. The nature of social freedom exercises entails stepping outside of your comfort zone to do judgment-provoking exercises on the streets. Whether it be speaking to strangers, giving a talk in public, acting silly, dancing, making animal noises or whatever we decide is best for your personal growth. The purpose of this is to reduce the fear of judgment, get comfortable with looking like an idiot. With practicing social freedom exercises we eventually reach a place of not caring about what other people think of us.
